Neha brings a decade of experience in the humanitarian sector, including leadership roles at Oxfam India and ADRA India, where she specialized in Public Health Promotion, CASH programming, accountability management, and executive operations. Zermina, with a strong foundation in legal services, has evolved into a well-rounded digital expert—leveraging skills gained during the COVID era to become proficient in website management, content creation, online marketing, and business support.

Together, they lead Team ZEHA—a collaborative network of skilled freelancers offering high-quality services in virtual assistance, legal support, digital strategy, contract management, and more. Their mission is to help entrepreneurs and small businesses streamline operations, strengthen digital presence, and achieve sustainable growth in a fast-changing world.
